Long legs intertwined with smaller ones and were nudged tenderly. The rain outside went unnoticed by Hermione and Severus. How could it not be? The fire beckoned both hearts to rest, and the warmth welcomed them to a safe haven. Home... ... it was made in their caring gazes... ... it was made in their trust that the fire would always be fueled by the other.
