29 year old writer; artist and all around quirky character living in the wilds of the Illinois prairies (that's Abe Lincoln country, not Chicagoland)- my degree is in history; the American Civil War and medieval/Tudor British history are my fortes. I studied for a semester in Wales and fell in love with the country, the language and the people... so a great deal of what I write is based in or near the town of Carmarthen or the village of Rhossili. |

Naturally, she turns to a book for advice on courting rituals; however, it fails to warn her about jealous Malfoys, the usefulness of owlBay, hungry horses, wizards in cricket whites, interfering elves, perspicacious offspring, the lure of libraries or the life-long loyalty of Crups. She does discover a fondness for elf-made wine and the production thereof, even though 'Château Bonfoi Elf-made Wines' has absolutely nothing to do with Lucius and everything to do with a mysterious arbiter – who is perfectly capable of telling Lucius exactly where he can stick his wand. |
