Happily married for 33 yrs, mom of twin 23 yr old boys working their way through college. Work for a local college. Actually I lead a very boring life. Love fanfic, "House," "CSI," "CSI Miama," "NCIS," Crimial Minds." Love romance and starting to really enjoy SS/HG ships. Do like HP/GW, HP/LL. Do read slash but not my favorite. |

Summary: When the minister’s wife dies in childbirth, rumours spread quickly through the village. The minister’s wife has born the child of the devil, the people say, claiming at the same time that the babe is responsible for its mother’s death. Some speak of claws and razor sharp teeth that had slit open the mother’s stomach from the inside. Others speak of horns and scaly skin that had ripped her womb apart. But the child which the young sorcerer finds in the woods does not fit that description at all. The girl’s skin is soft and so white that it almost glows in the dark. She has soft, red curls and eyes of amber. And the sorcerer soon realises that he has seen those eyes before. |
