I am a happily married stay-home-mama with a beautiful brand-new baby, a perfectly brilliant preschooler, and something that the people at the pound swore is a dog (personally I have my doubts).

I enjoy reading anything that is well-written, writing (no fanfic yet, but I could be persuaded!), dancing, and quiet walks in the woods with the dog-like creature.  

I believe that almost all problems can be solved with a cup of hot tea, a mother’s homemade chicken soup, or tiny nip of Scotch. Failing that, a nice, long walk in the rain will do wonders.
