Scary confrontation with Voldemort. It will be interesting to see what Dumbledore decides to have her do. Somehow, I don't think she'll be taking the Mark.

So, old Voldie wants Hermione for breeding stock to fix the old bloodlines and make them more powerful. The mother of a new race. How demeaning! I could see him insisting on her and Severus having four or five kids and then doing away with her.This Hermione doesn't know about Wormtail yet, I guess, so she won't affect her timeline.I'm looking forward to your next update. So Lily went to see old Voldy before Hermione. Hermione handled that well although I can't say I'd be jealous of that situation either.Funny how Hermione is fit to breed, but not fit for tea... hmmm wonder what Voldy is really up to.

I am so impressed with your depiction of Voldemort's little speech. How very Hitler-like. Taking his aims and making them less threatening, though not really. Brilliant, my dear! Severus doing anything he could to show Lily his worth sounds right. I'm surprised at Voldermort wanting Lily and Hermione for his plans though, neat twist. All in all, her meeting with Voldermort went better than could be expect. Can't wait to see what happens next.

I believe Voldemort interrupting sex is probably worse than anything else interrupting it... I love the chapter although the tension is unbearable. Can it end well? I hope for the best!

LOL! Voldemort the cockblocker! But it was good for them to stop. They would have been having sex for all the wrong reasons. Not out of their feelings for each other, but Severus' hurt from the past and Hermione's pull of wanting to comfort him. That's okay when you've been together for a while, but not the ideal for your first time. Your first time should be about you and the person you love wanting to express that desire for each other.I know the chapter after next will get me some howlers, but don't worry, I have a plan.Thanks!Livvy
Oh, Voldemort was creeeepy! and he was very seductive. I like how you wrote him, doll. But the evening was tough, Severus and Hermione are so close to giving in to each other. Yet, Severus still has feelings for Lily, things he's not ready to let go of. Good chapter.

Interesting how Voldemort claims he will give Hermione everything she wants in his new order, when he won't even offer her tea... But then, he might have been intentionally trying to provoke her into a reaction similar to Lily's, to see if there really was anything more to her. Things are definitely coming to a head soon, it looks like.Now, will Lily want to know what happened to Hermione when she saw Voldemort? And will she be resentful that Hermione apparently fared better than she did? I hope that as a spurned lover, she doesn't try to get the others to turn against Hermione. I look forward to seeing what happens next!

Oh Gods! I will admit I resisted reading this story because I am not normally a time tuner sort of reader. I should have known better where you are concerned! This story is absolutely fabulous. I love your characterization of Severus as a youth and Hermione's interaction with him. I love the fact that you do not make Lily a saint. It has always bothered me in Canon that she would not listen to Severus when he tried to apologize. I wonder what will happen when Hermione realizes that Sirius is not the one responsible for the mass murder? Will she ever get back to her own time and how will Severus handle it when she ends up 20 years younger?

Oh my. What an amazing chapter to move things along. I'm so happy to see that Albus knows who her informant is. Thats a relief that at least someone knows that they're still talking. I seriously want to kick Sirius in the butt. I know Hermione isn't helping the situation because it the beginning she's thinking that he's a murderer! I'm sure if she knew the whole story she would have been a little nicer to him from the start. But hes still being an unreasonable arse. I'm so glad that I started reading this!
