Mmmm... love the development and step by step evolution of Hermione witnessing and sharing and helping Severus in his times of need and being a constant as he wavers in and out and around her, and Dumbledore--with his other master summoning him at the end--lovely dynamics! The contrast of her innocence and his deliberate plans of seduction versus his deliberate decisions not to seduce, the power he holds, and the power of another's will, such as the despicable Sirius', is rich and engaging; love it!xxx

Thank you so much! I am working really hard to update LML, but I'm in the middle of about three huge projects. I have in no way abandoned it, but I am struggling a bit with the next chapter - I really want it to be good, and I don't really think it's there yet.In the meantime, I'm trying to archive all my fics here, because I LOVE TPP (pets it lovingly!), and want to get this behemoth here so that TPP can eventually become my primary archive home.Thank you for sticking with Lay Me Low - I promise you, I will have an update very soon. I'm dying to finish it.

GodA'Mighty! That was intense, Teddy! If that ain't enthusiasm, I'll kiss your arse. If I were to tell you my favorite parts of this chapter I'd just have to copy and paste every word. This chapter- with all the intensity and the magic- is as near perfect as it can be.
