This was a wonderful tale...both humorous and immensely sad in places! I hope Neville managed to recover his equilibrium in time to take his NEWTs! As I've been absent from the Harry Potter fandom for a while I've only recently begun catching up on the many wonderful fics on offer.This story was the first one of yours that I've read but I'll definitely be checking out your other work.

Wonderful story. I always find it fascinating to read a story from the beginning of a writers career.  With this be your first order I notice on the first several chapters that the writing is not quite as smooth  as it is in later chapters.  But hell, it's still way better than I could do. LOL.  My favorite part of the story was Bob, his death brought me to tears. Great job.

Uh oh,  Severus is gone. I wonder what that potion did to him?

This was just as enjoyable this time around as it was the first. I loved Albus watching the clock and the relationship between Severus and Bob. The end brings tears yet again. After the many SS/HG stories I've read, this one remains at the top of my favourites.

A very good story with unusual uses of magic and lots of wonderful angst. Huzzah!

How typically Snape to take points off! This was a lovely chapter with a poignant moment when he remembered Bob.

I am no unicorn, but Severus is my equivalent to catnip too. He should come around here, I think we would fépck to him too.

I read this one several months ago, but had not left a review, for some unusual reason. Still, it was worth reading again. This is a very touching story with amazing moments of humanity at its best, as well as most despairing.
