Just wondering, though - when are Hermione and Prof. Snape going to start working on getting rid of the curse?  No matter how much in love she is (they are?), it has still taken away her free will.

Isn't there a saying something like "becareful what you wish for (look for in this case!) ...because you may just find it."

I just had to read this chapter again. It's nice to see Hermione exerting herself and learning to negotiate with Severus. I wonder why Severus performed Legilimens to begin with, was he looking for what happened between Hermione and Krum?I'm way too fond of this story, and I hope your muse will continue to flow and there'll be many more chapters to come.

It was really good, though. I'm glad they both worked out their differences, and that Severus finally got those fluffy pink socks off his floor. I would have been ashamed of them, and I have been known to wear fluffy socks of my own.

it is so like Severus to try and take avantage of Hermione. He wanted to know her mind and now, i'm sure he knows more than he would like... But how will they cope with this new revelation (espacially Severus who is so determined to keep things unemotional)?

Excellent chapter, I loved how they are learning the give and take part of relationships and how they danced around issues.

I love the way she was so determined to make him listen to her. About time he treated her properly!

The revelation is intriguing - just what is his reaction going to be?

Which rates more on the suspense scale, emotional cliffies or action cliffies? What do you do when a story is littered with both? Look around desperately for another chapter, that's what you do. Then realize there isn't one. Then spend a fruitless 15 minutes writing your own next chapter in your head. Then decide maybe it'll save your sanity to just forget you're reading this story for the time being ... until the next chapter is up, that is.

oh!  i fear the ending of this chapter has driven from my brain all that went before, and i can't remember anything i wanted to say.  not only does she know, but he knows she loves him.  or thinks she does - he might figure her brain is clouded from the curse, i suppose.

even before the declaration, the relationship was moving ahead in leaps and bounds:  all that delicious tenderness, and honesty, and communication!  (in between the necessary misunderstandings and such, of course.)

in other words, another great chapter of a fantastic story.

Well, Severus finally found out Hermiones' feelings for him. I wonder how he will react. I can't wait to find out.

I loved the warm, fuzzy parts of this chapter: their closeness and harmony in the wake of thier agreement were beautifully portrayed.  Tricky Severus has left himself in a real conundrum.  On the one hand, every one of his carefully cultivated self-protective instincts will tell him to withdraw from her.  On the other hand, he has promised not to push her away again.  So he's stuck--he has no choice but to deal with the frightening emotional intimacy of love. Hmm, I wonder what he will do.  Bad author!  Leaving us hanging like this.

Beautiful.  What a heartbreaking end to this chapter (to say nothing of it being another evil cliffy).

What is he going to do next?  Pull away, telling himself it's for her own good? ~bites finger nails in anticipation of another lap of the roller coaster~

Hmm . . . I wonder what Severus will think of her revelation. He probably thinks she's affected by the curse and so cannot truly love him.

I am so glad that they have been getting along much better. Hopefully her revelation doesn't ruin too much. It was, after all, his fault that he found out. I wonder what he was trying to find in her mind. Did he want to know her feelings for him, or something else? I am quite eager for the next chapter!
