I've been an avid reader of HP fan fiction for just over a year now, and a Potterhead for much, much longer.
I write original fiction, lyrics and poetry, but I'd never written any fan fiction until now. I'm finding I'm enjoying it immensely.
So far, I've written dark AU, but once I get some of that out of my system, I'd like to try a few other genres.

I love the way you have portrayed Bellatrix. And Voldemort. I love his oddly dichotomous nature - it is fascinating to see him smile, and a genuine smile as well, even if it is not entirely meant for her. Another little gem! x

It's funny how the words I'm reading speak of the unthinkable-a victory for Voldemort- and yet while reading it, I feel satisfied and giddy, all because it is from Bella's twisted perspective. I mean, you have me thinking, "Yay, we did it! Wait ... what?" You paint a beautiful picture here, even if she is disgustingly evil. Well done. Just think how great you'll be when you start writing happy stuff *is ridiculously obvious in my effort to influence you*

Thank you so much! You have no idea how complimentary it is that you could feel celebratory while reading Bellatrix's "victory tour"! I'm hoping to do something much more light-hearted once I get all this dark stuff out, but, at the moment, that's what's coming - and you can't argue with the muse!
Creeeeeepy - and very evocative. Can see it, smell it, taste it.... a perfect scene of terrible, dark, manic victory.
