Hello all,  I am a 53 year old from NZ.  Although SSHG is how I started and still my main pairing, I'll give pretty much any pairing a try, whether it be reading or writing.  Sev and Herms need a bit of variety at times. ;)

Moody was always my favorite. I like the idea that he was tied to his task.

Response from sunny33 (Author of The Unseen Guardian)

Thanks.:)

Very nicely done and a well-earned homage to Moody. And the following: "The pulse of life in Diagon Alley slowly bleeds unease from the very cobblestones of its existence until it lies whimpering under the false sun of pureblood supremacy." That there is just one amazing piece of prose. That line alone rates 5 stars.

Response from sunny33 (Author of The Unseen Guardian)

Thank you for your kind words. :)

Powerful and emotional - Moody is the perfect choice for a vigilant ghostly protector.

How odd that I thought of him when I began reading, yet was suprised when he was named at the end.A lovely job. Well done.

Response from sunny33 (Author of The Unseen Guardian)

Thank you.

Oh how clever.  To make people uneasy for their own benefit... enforcing vigilance for the enemy by increasing wariness of an unseen and unknown ally!

Response from sunny33 (Author of The Unseen Guardian)

It's kind of perverse, but did the trick!  Thanks for the review.

Nicely written.  I love that Moody and his demands for constant vigilance were with them through the battle.  And now he is at peace.

Response from sunny33 (Author of The Unseen Guardian)

Thank you. :)

I always liken Moody to an old soured Military man. They all have it in their blood. He just happens to have it after death, too.

Response from sunny33 (Author of The Unseen Guardian)

Too true.

I love this. It seems like something Moody would do.

Response from sunny33 (Author of The Unseen Guardian)

I thought so.

The old warrior continuing his duty, even beyond the veil.  This was very well done.

And I'm glad for him. He upheld his post even after death and managed to instill people with a skill they needed the most.I loved your green execution in two words. Excellent expression.

Response from sunny33 (Author of The Unseen Guardian)

Thank you.

Love this - he would be a restless soul, wouldn't he? And not at rest until the final spell was cast/deed done against the forces and downfall of Voldemort. Lovely, poetical prose and atmosphere captured!

Response from sunny33 (Author of The Unseen Guardian)

Thanks!

I love the ghost of Alastor keeping everyone on their toes for the coming battle. Excellent!

Response from sunny33 (Author of The Unseen Guardian)

He's a real nag, isn't he?

Interesting, that his presence would be disturbing, but would lead people do take care, just as he would wish.

Response from sunny33 (Author of The Unseen Guardian)

Well, I guess his presence always was a little disturbing, with that magical eye!

Response from sunny33 (Author of The Unseen Guardian)

You know, I have no idea. :)
