When young Minerva gets herself into a fix in her Animagus guise, she learns a few good lessons.
Not Pottermore compliant. Please note that this story presumes an earlier birth year for Minerva (approximately 1924), making her a contemporary of Tom Riddle.
Written for Minerva Fest 2015.

It's wonderful to see a new story from you, and I adore Young Minerva, so this is especially nice. I like that she learned something, not just about Ogg, but about people who are 'different'. I liked mysterious Dumbledore, and I loved the forgotten chapel--I'd like to hear more about it. Thanks for sharing this with us.

! It's good to "see" you again, too! I'm going to try to get back to my WIPs, but writing a new little Minerva story has helped to get me back into fanfic-mode again. :-) I'm glad you enjoyed the story! I always figured that an ancient castle ought to have a chapel in it somewhere, so I'm glad you liked that.

I really love the way you intertwine Muggle history with Hogwarts history, and finding all the references to real-world history and myth in your stories makes me smile.
As always, I really love your Minerva - you have a great sense of keepng to her established characterization while getting across the sense that she is a younger Animagus and has a lot to learn as one.I'm glad the situation was able to be resolved and Minerva was all right, and it was nice to meet all the characters she ran into again, especially Ogg and Albus.I'm sure Hagrid's in good hands with Ogg. He seems a reliable sort.
