My favorite part is “Right. I saw you slip away from everyone after refusing Mum’s best pudding. Figured I’d better make sure you hadn’t gone completely barking,” What a beautiful begining to their relationship. It seems I like the idea of Charlie and Hermione. Have you been following the story Bambu & Tales of Snape are writing with HG/CW? Much fun.

Thank you, ma'am! I am glad you enjoyed it.This was written for a Hermione-centric exchange last summer. I had a wonderful time with it. It was meant to be a multi-chaptered monster (the outline was huge!), but time got away from me. I enjoyed this fic when I got to read it the first time. Rereading it has also been a treat. I've enjoyed how you made Charlie so compassionate, and Hermione ... well, she needy, but not in the sense it's usually meant.Well done. :-)
