I have been a Potter fan from day one but just recently started writing fic for it. I presently have roughly thirty stories completed, at least four of them novel-length, and about eleven (yes, eleven) WIPs. I'm most into the canon pairings of Harry/Ginny and Ron/Hermione, but if a story is written well enough, I'll check out Harry/Draco, Draco/Hermione and even a threesome with Harry, Draco and Ginny.

This was so kid-ishly sweet ... in a adult sort of way.Very good.
this was such a sweet story, but sad, too, because sirius dies soon after. i had to laugh at the idea of james, remus, and sirius comparing their 'equipment' in the showers. good job!
I think Sirius fits well in the fatherly role. In fact, I think it was less awkward to have Sirius give him "The Talk" as it would coming from Harry's father if he were still alive.
All in all, I came away feeling comforted that Harry had someone to talk to and to hug him when he needed it.
This was a great emotional type of story. It was hilarious at times, in all the right places, but I especially loved those little moments between Harry and Sirius that were just so heartwarming and sensitive and made me want to break down and cry. This is one of the few stories that I can honestly say portrayed the true bond between Harry and Sirius, and in a great way. 10*10 for sure.

This is exactly the kind of review an author most wishes for, the sort that convinces them that the time taken to write the story was worthwhile. Since I have other stories on this site, I hope you will also read and review whichever ones besides "The Talk" that you find intriguing.
