I wouldn't normally write them, but I enjoyed the challenge. And I know a little bit about folks who spend a lot of time giving each other grief and find out that intense emotion has a way of shifting when you least expect it.Thank you for your kind words. I try to pop in to drabble sessions from time to time, at least to chat. Such a great group of people!

Thank you! I wonder if I could link this one and the duck story... they are in a similar vein, after all. Funny, it's not a pairing I would have expected to enjoy writing, but there is so much potential in it.

Damn, that was hot!! I loved your handling of his POV - especially where he keeps thinking she'll do/say one thing, and naturally, she surprises him time and time again. Nice to see him willing to be wowed by it, for a change. I suppose I'll always be a SS/HG shipper, but the way you write Dramione makes me want to read more. Of course, you did the same thing for me with Sirius in 'Just a Little Bit,' so perhaps I should call myself a SS/HG-shipper-plus-anything-Melenka-writes.

You are terribly kind. I'm happy you liked it and found it hot. Fairly tasteful, for me, don't you think? I don't usually write the pair, but they do make sense, seeing as how they're of an age and seem to go out of their way to torment each other. Isn't that what we all do to the people we find attractive when we're young and stupid? Or was that just me.... oops.

I had a dear enemy for a time, so I can defintely see how Draco and Hermione might end up dancing that way. Funny how close hate and love can be, isn't it?
