Hermione, Severus, and Draco's lives become intertwined in ways none of them could have predicted or imagined. This is a story that weaves three perspectives together: Hermione's, Snape's, and Draco's. Please note that this story will end up being MA and contain slash.
After Dumbledore is killed by Snape, Voldemort goes on to take over the Ministry of Magic and installs Snape as Headmaster at Hogwarts. Believing the remaining horcruxes to be hidden at Hogwarts, Harry, Hermione, and Ron return to Hogwarts. Needing a way to spy on Snape, Hermione comes up with an idea that has unintended consequences.
Draco believed that he and Severus had something special. But before returning to Hogwarts, Severus mysteriously ends their relationship. Dejected, Draco returns to Hogwarts determined to win Severus back.
Severus Snape is working on a secret project, one that will give him a power no other human has ever had before. But the project has withered to a standstill as he is overwhelmed with his new duties as Headmaster and Voldemort's favorite Death Eater.

I'm a married bisexual disabled person who loves Harry Potter fanfiction. My favorite pairing is probably Hermione/Severus, though I also enjoy Harry/Severus and Harry/Draco. On rare occasions, I even enjoy Hermione/Draco.
I normally try to write one chapter a week for active fanfictions, and one or two chapters a month for original stories.

I decided this chapter needed to be a little bit slow since the next few chapters are going to be very fast-paced. Glad you enjoyed it, though!
Severus seems like he is quite the conniving swine in this chapter. He will be playing on the affections of two less experienced people; one he knows professes to love him. I am damn curious to know if Severus has a side other than his own. As for sexuality, he certainly seems to be bi.

Bad thing about Hermione yelling,but the boys will drive anyone to it.I hope Severus can talk his way out of this one.I wish in the books thay would of had Severus and Hermione haveing atleast one conversation,if thay could have sit down and talked I think thay would have found thay have alot in common.

Yeah I really feel that Hermione and Snape are very similar intellectually; they just have different backgrounds and have made different choices.After having such intelligent conversations with Severus, I can't imagine Hermione *not* losing her temper at Harry and Ron!
Not a wise move. Now Severus will have to rectify the balance...

Ops. She is right, the boys are so dense it is maddening. However, such a faux pas in the snake infested swamp that is now Hogwarts can't help but have repercussions. Hope she realizes that when the Headmaster has to get all snarky in order to save lives.

That's something that always annoyed me about the books: what, exactly, do Hermione, Ron, and Harry have in common, other than Harry's Fight for Good (tm)? I mean, after Harry beats Voldie, what would Hermione and Ron talk about?Thanks for this comment. Believe it or not, Hermione "outing" Severus like that wasn't planned. But when I got to that moment, what I had planned just didn't make sense and that's what happened. This, of course, threw my next chapter in jeopardy, as what I had planned for that one originally doesn't make sense with this new chapter. Your comment has given me an idea. :) So thank you!
