I am not so sure that Severus managed to tame the Lion or should I say Lioness so much as he managed to ignore the growls of frustration at not being able to eat him.  The chapter was great, but it always is.  I like that Severus misses Hermione as much if not more than she misses him.  As always I will impatiently wait for more.  --  B

I love it, love it, love it!  I love what's going on in Severus' head. I love the way Hermione confronts issues right away and straight to the point, leaving no time for one's imagination to make things worse than they are, espeacially since most of the issues have been able to be quickly solved.  I love the dark mark scene. I am going crazy while the two of them are acting appropriatly and taking things slow. It is the right thing to do for many reasons.  I suppose it also serves to highten the anticipation of the reader. I imagine it requires descipline for the writer to keep things going slowly as well. I've been reading you for years and I want to tell you I have seen your growth as an author. I am so impressed. I truly wish I could write like this. I love your work!

OMG! What a roller coaster ride this man is!  Their self control is amazing considering how fast they can go from angery to precoitus then back to controlled lust and then more cerebral pursuits. Hopfully, to be very quickly followed by precoitus and then active-coitus behavior. Today please.  Thank you!

I was hoping you were going to tell us what Severus' thoughts were regarding Thursday night. 

Reading the preview, I am hoping the argument isn't between Hermione and Severus unless there is going to be vast amounts of kissing and making up, amoung other things. 

Maybe it's an argument between Remus and Severus because Remus is ribbing Severus about Hermione, or butting in at the wrong time or something. It could be Ginny is unhappy with Hermione regarding her interest in Severus. 

It is the "potions lab and more" I am primarily interested in, especially the "more".

wooooooo...(rush of air blown out in response to tension created by your wonderful scene.)  First thought, "Finally!" Then, "OMG!", "What a lucky woman!" and "Damn, he can go from cold to HOT fast!"

  I know it's best if they follow Severus' advice and wait for the right time.  We really do want more than a one night stand, but what a teaser that was!  I have a feeling that if I had been Hermione, about the moment he bit her ear and told her, "When we do make love, there will be no question as to how much I want you." I would have jumped up and wrapped my legs around his waist, panting into his ear, as I wrapped my arms around his neck like a drowning woman, "No...must make love, you can't go, can't...you're staying,...Fast... I can be fast, You...You,...You!" as he stumbled around trying not to fall foreward from me suddenly and unexpectantly hanging from his neck and his waist. How freaking embarrassing!Wonder what he'd say to that?

I'm finally able to get back to your story! The holidays really interfered with my reading. I had a great time at my mom's but she only has dial up. If I get on line no one can call. I thought I would die without TPP. I was reduced to reading some cheesy vampire smut. It was not at all up to the standards I am used to here. I may have already asked this but, is Hermione in denial or has she really not found herself attracted to Severus, yet?  I'm really enjoying this story BTW!

It is really sad to get so invested in a very long story and not have an ending to it.  Please finish, there are many of us out there who are not so patiently waiting.

Hi!  It's Shell from the Mob!  So here I am...copying the chapters into my folder of 'Incomplete Dances with Witches' and a word catches my eye.  There I go...reading the entire chapter!  Then another word in another chapter catches my eye...and there goes another chapter read!  As we all know, I am a weak-willed reader of good fanfic and although I have sworn off reading WIP...I may just break if I notice any other little interesting words....wicked woman!  This is awesome!  On another note...hope things are well with you and your husband!  Love, Shell

I love that the dance lessons in previous chapters aren't perfect. I love that The THong has an identity of its own. I love that Snape's an insecure bastard who doesn't know how to deal with everything Hermione is offering. I love this story, but alas, I need to stop for the night. I'm just glad there are twenty some chapters waiting to be enjoyed when I wake up. (and I thought your drabbles were good!)

Great character development, and I love the awkward position Snape's in now. Vanessa is Dumbledore's grandaughter maybe? If Ted was a death eater, then that would be a favor owed indeed!

Addictive story, and it's nice to see a story with so many chapters that does not really involve the couple in a life and death situation(s). Just two crazy kids in love. Can we have Albus, Minerva, and Remus butting in again soon? Nice balance of romance, and humor. Thanks for the fic.

It took me three days, but i finally finished this much of the story. I have found it very intertaing and wonderful to read. I think my favorite parts are the ones where Severus has the hysterical arguments with his own mind. I can't wait to read all the upcoiming chapters. Wonderful story, Bravo, Bravo.
