Great Story.  I really like how you keep them in character.

Wow for another fabulous chapter! I love all the little moments between Hermione and Severus. I feel that you've shown how Hermione and Harry are growing up and away from Ron really well...an interesting arc.

 Why do I feel as though this: "she might not be so lucky if she fell a second time." is a foreshadowing? *wibbles*

It really is sweet to watch poor Severus try to fight the desire to keep her tucked in the dungeon and never let her go.  Another wonderful chapter.  I look forward to more.

The story is absolutely brilliant thus far. You've got a brilliant plot, you've added several interesting situations, and I love that you took everything fairly slow from the start with Snape and Hermione admitting their feelings for one another. I've got to admit, that's the one thing that makes Snape/Hermione fiction either good or bad in my eyes - how you handle them realizing they like each other *grins* You did a most excellent job.

Full marks thus far! Can't wait for more! 

Wow!!!! Harry defending Snape, I am impressed at how realistic that was written. Wonderful, can't wait for more. And I hope we get to find out what else Racine may have said to Harry.

I do so love the sly smile on Senalda face at the end. I suppose that Severus will need some answers. I re-read the story from the beginning this week, and I am convienced that neither of them should celebrate a birthday again. After Hermione's birthday, Severus is attached by a rogue death eater, and after Severus' birthday, Hermione has a near fatal injury in the potions lab. And if Hermione gives Severus any grief about having to stay in bed for a few more days he can always just remind her of his own recovery period. I truely adore this fiction and an delighted every time I see an update. -- B

Pearle - This has to be one of my favorite fic's of all time. It is up beat and fun to read. I like the deranged voice in Severus' head, it seems to lighten him up a bit. I also really enjoy that you are not rushing through this story. I have seen a number of fictions since HBP that were not abandoned but may as well have been because they were going along beautifully and then were cut to the quick. Don't get me wrong I love HBP, it was my a favorite of all books, and do not think that it makes it any harder to write SS/HG fiction. I just wish that people showed the dedication to their stories that you do to your. Until next time. Great job. -- B

How many weeks of foreplay did you make us suffer through?  Just asking... Does Severus have enough time to learn everything he needs to learn to truly own his dance with Hermione on Halloween? I don't think I could be that great at it in the few number of lessons they have had. I think they should squeeze some extra practices in there.  I also don't want her to dance with Ted on Halloween or ever again for that matter. She can only dance with Severus, because that would please him. But that means he has to take her dancing frequently from now on so that she doesn't have to give up something she enjoys so much.  He'll have to let her teach him the other dances so that she can get all the enjoyment all women deserve when they enter into a lifetime relationship.  Being bound to a man shouldn't mean giving up all your fun.  And he can teach her about all the ways of sensuality between a man and a woman.  Boy, with all that research, dancing and sex they have ahead of them, they should be the happiest couple in the history of the world. 

What a tease!

Hopefully, the necklace stands to convince Minerva to see the virtue of a relationship between Severus and Hermione.  So the woman at the Emerald leaf was a real seer! She must be creepy indeed to make Severus' skin crawl. Now for the lemons you promised.

I'v read the last several chapters with a sleeping newborn in my arms and haven't been able to type my reviews. I am thrilled with this story!  I had many other comments in my head at the end of each chapter that I can't remember now, but I do remember how glad I felt when Hermione told Harry she couldn't spare the time to talk to him because she needed to go with Severus. I also think he should have been hexed for bursting into Snape's rooms looking for Hermione.  I didn't think Severus deserved to be treated with the same amount of virtol as Harry did by Hermione, but I see that it served to make a point about how sincere Severus is in his feelings for Hermione to Harry and the reader. I'm dying to read on and so I must.  You'll be hearing more from me. Be sure of that.

The chappie was great. I loved how Snape was so mother-henish... Can't wait for more
