I felt that way the first(and second) time I saw my boyfriend sing in front of an audience.  Can't explain why, though.  You've portrayed that feeling of excitement and awe very well here, even though Severus had a hard time admitting it to himself.Well done!

Oooooew I am so glad to see a new chapter to this brilliant story! I guess we can all guess that this "bond" between Severus and Harmione will come to some value very soon to rescue one or both of them. Severus is going soft if he is not fully paying attention to his instincts. Now we will all be sitting on pins and needles waiting for the next update. I first read this at Whispers... I think. I just love this fic...Pearle you are an awesome writer, with so much humour as well, just brilliant. I have quite a few fav authors and you are up there with them. Please do finish this fic...I can't wait to see where you take it next....(Snape as Tarzan...hmmmmmm.....now there's a thought!....def me Jane!) Maybe if they love Italy so much...a lil' trip to Naples/Capri.......sooooo romantic there....

Wow, I was so happy when I happened to check Ashwinder and noticed that you had updated.  So of course I had to check to see if you updated here as well (I like the background on this site so much better.) and you did.  Wonderful.I know that a lot of people ask you when you will be finished with this story, but please don't feel any need to rush.  I love it and when I need a fix and life is still in the way for you, I just re-read the beginning.  I am glad that we got out explanation about the pendant and what a truely new idea.  So many people use soul-mates which can be terribly disheartening.  I would not say that the great man that I married was my soul-mate but he does make me happy in a way that I cannot imagine anyone else ever being able to.  And your explanation is perfect.  --  B
