Now that's what I call a lesson! They've both learned some very importants things tonight. The kiss was just...Wow! Severus finally admitted to himself that he wants her and wants much more than he would let himself consider before. A simply incredible chapter.

Hee, hee! I love the way Severus' thoughts keep straying against his will. It's so sad, though, that he can't believe he deserves some happiness. Remus has turned into the voice of reason here and the role suits him well. It's certainly understandable why Hermione has given up on dating if Edmund is a shining example of what's available to her!

The discussion between Dumbledore and Severus was quite touching. It is very much the relationship that I had believed they had before Deathly Hallows dashed all kinds of hopes. Thank you for the Albus I had hoped for so long ago. The one whose eyes never stopped twinkling.Severus is seeing whole new sides of Hermione (Thong included, Bwahahahaha!) and learning to fully appreciate her brilliance. This is a delightful slow build full of banter and sass and humor. Simply lovely.

For one impossible moment she thought he was going to kiss her but he moved to whisper in her ear. The scent of spices invaded her senses. His breath was hot and tickled the sensitive flesh of her ear. His voice was seductive, sending a tingle through her body as he whispered, “Goodnight, Hermione.”Goodness! He only whispered good night and I'm tingling all over! Hermione is right. She is definitely in trouble. Glorious, delicious, overwhelming trouble.

Well, it looks like the little chit is all grown up! Nothing like a healthy dose of jealousy to move things along, and Severus seems to have had several doses tonight.Vanessa is a hoot! I'm amazed she made it out alive after laying claim to Severus' arm. Good luck getting it back, Severus. Onward to Pizza Magic!

Yay! Now they are bartering as well as bantering! I'm so glad Hermione is Slytherin enough to think of trading the conference for partnering Snape at the Halloween dance.  It was funny how fast he went from “Merlin forbid. You were not planning on petitioning me. Were you?” toAnd what was so wrong with him that she would not even consider asking him? Poor Severus has got it bad already. Hermione's got him agreeing to conferences and dancing exhibitions right and left. It's a wonder he can dance while he's that off balance!

“Oh yes, and a certificate, suitable for framing.” Oh, goody! Perhaps, if I pay really close attention during the lessons, I can earn one too. Unfortunately I keep getting distracted by all the witty banter. That and the gloriously lascivious thoughts these two are having about each other.  

He would be in Azkaban before tonight was over. He planned to kill Albus when he found him.Now, now, none of that! Albus gets to live and so does Severus. Severus unclasped and unbuttoned his robes in a manner befitting a full ceremonial ritual. Ah, that's much better. 'Nice bum,' And Hermione thinks so, too! I love the way you have each of them thinking idle thoughts about the other and then chastising themselves for being attracted. The dance lesson was so beautifully described that I  feel as if I were a part of it. It went well. They are in such trouble!

I just felt in the mood to re-read something fabulous. Something where Voldemort is dead, but virtually everyone else is still alive. Something before all that HBP and DH silliness messed everything up. Something where Snape is a war hero and happy. Naturally, this is the first story that came to mind. I shall look at it as preparing in hopes you will post again!“Oh my god,” said Katherine. “Actually, he’s kind of sexy in a dark, bad boy way.”My thoughts exactly. Wait until you see him dance, Katherine! Gods, I love this story...

Sorry I haven't left a review in a while - I"m been reading straight through mostly. Anyway, I was just thinking during the last chapter that I wondered when the necklace was going to make an appearance again, and here it is :) I wonder what the glowing means?? Soulmates perhaps?? And I'm so excited that Sev showed up at the convention. I wondered why the heck he wasn't going to come - being a Potions event and all. What a nice surprise :)

OK, finally got through to chapter 44.  Wonderful story.  Glad to hear you're planning to continue it, and I will patiently (yeah, right!) await chapter 45, etc.  :-D   Wishing you a peaceful and healthy holiday.

140 weekends....!!!!!! I laughed soooo hard!!!!  I'm really enjoying this tale- haven't posted before but that deserves an honorable mention.  Love the lemons, the tempo, and the composition.  The title caught my attention (as a ballroom dancer -BC- before children) .... Unfortunately I only get to read this in bits & pieces...but compliments to the choreographer!
