Good to see she getting her friends back.I'm glad you inserted a mature and open-minded Harry into your story. He might not me detrimental to the plot (so far), but it adds a nice touch. Severus as a godfather could learn to ease up his ways around children and accept he won't be a bad influence to them because of his past. Preparing for his own, so to speak.

ahhh now there's a great idea... Severus with Children, I mean... I really must write a fic with him and his kids... poor things always end up in the epilogue!

Aww what a lovely chapter. I think we've realised and Ginny too that Hermionewants more than just friendship with Severus.. and so does he. But maybe this picture will change his feelings? I do hope not. Look forward to more. I can get used to these regular updates.

Oh, good, the Potters / Weasleys thought her to be abroad. I had feared they had abandoned her, knowing that she needed help.The explaining of the situation to the Potters will be difficult for sure. Good that Severus is there to help and support her.

Ah, this should be interesting. It's nice to see her back to herself. I'm sure it wasn't an easy road, but it seems she's at a point where she's strong and not likely to revert to old tendencies. Loved that little aside of Severus' about how beautiful she was and how he was distracted by her smile.

I wanted to show that Severus is being totally altruistic in his care for her... he's enamoured by her!
So cute, to have Hermione face the dear of seeing her friends again and at the same time, Severus going to see the boy that he swore to protect - I'm curious to read how they will handle the situation. So far, so good, as they say. I wonder what Severus thought seeing Hermione holding a baby - especially his namesake? To Whoot! to Ginny! Right to the point and read for answers. (Me too!)

Not me! It means I get the nice bits without the tears and all that goes with that! Saying that though, I do love my own son very much... and I especially love that he's almost 16 and doesn't need me to dress and bathe him now! plus we have intelligent conversations and he surprises me constantly... gotta love kids!
I'm ever so glad they're getting on so well, AND that's she's gone back to Harry and Ginny. I can't think how much they've missed her. I'm sooooo looking forward to the discussion that will ensue!!!

lol... hopeful rather than expectant I imagine! It's almost as if he want to atone for past actions, although his motivations aren't so clear. My Severus never lets me know what's going on inside his head!

Yes I do, sadly - and the real people in my life are even more demanding than Severus, and you know what HE can be like! Actually the story is complete - I just have to wait in the queue like everyone else!
