Hermione returns to Hogwarts as Transfigurations professor after a year away from the magical world. She hopes for a quiet year, but then again, she has never known a quiet year at Hogwarts. Why should she expect one now, especially when feelings develop for a certain greasy-haired, black-clad colleague? Some Hermione/Krum. Labeling this AU for safety.

Awesome! I really love the way you're portraying Snape in this story. The idea of him being with dating and relationships makes perfect sense to me. And I love the way you show his insecurities. Anyone as guarded and volitale as him must have insecurities to spare. Well done.

Great chapter, and I do like the way Severus is awkward with his inexperience. There's him, sweating that he will get things right, and there's Hermione thinking about all the experience/expertise he must have must have 
I'm afraid one thing stood out as wrong, though. Kew Gardens don't close seasonally, although they would be closed at that time of night.

I shall definitely check on that about the Kew Gardens. I've never personally been there, but the information I got said they did close... maybe they meant close earlier for the season? *shrugs* Thanks for letting me know!

They do close earlier in winter, so you're probably right on that. I checked on their Website www.rbgkew.org.uk/visitor/timeskew.html . It would still be after hours, and romantic :)

What a lovely story! I was very disappointed when I reached the end of Ch. 18 and realized that there was no more story yet! They are finally starting to get together! Fabulous Writing so far - I really like your take on Snape. This is the first story that I've ever read where the author actually captures what I think Snape would be really like. Keep writing - you are Awesome!

I think it's good she walked out when he said that. It should place some suspicion in his mind that what he said was indeed true. And lord knows they need all the help they can get on the communication front. ;)

Funny that you should mention that, about what he thought putting his hand on her hip...Now that I look back at it, that would have been an excellent bit to add in. However, it's posted now, and perhaps on another revision of the story, I will see what I can do about adding that in there.Glad you liked it!

I do like it. I try to take it every time it comes in queue so I don't miss a thing. 
Well done!! I am going to enjoy this wedding, and I am hoping that it is not Viktor on the other side of that bathroom door. I love the way you described the manor ... it was just the perfect amount: enough for us to enjoy the scene but not too much.

I love the way Severus and Remus bantered back and forth at the end of this chapter. It gives me hope for HG/SS's relationship! Thanks for an other great couple of chapters (23, 24, & 25)! Great job!
